After years of nonchalance from certain types of customers who make a reservation and don’t honor it, and don’t even bother to call us back, the owner has written her no-show policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darling Bowling \u2013 No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Purpose of the Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To ensure optimal management of the bowling lanes, as well as the restaurant and bar services, Darling Bowling Alley implements a no-show policy. This policy aims to guarantee the availability of our facilities and to offer the best possible experience to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Definition of a No-Show<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      A no-show occurs when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      the customer does not arrive at the reserved date and time;
      the customer arrives more than 15 minutes late without informing the establishment;
      the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Booking Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Bowling (Bowling Alley)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation of one or more lanes.
      Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled bowling time.
      Groups and special events may be subject to different conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. No-Show Fees – Bowling Alley<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        In case of no-show or late cancellation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        50% of the total reservation amoun<\/strong>t, as agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
        Or 100 % of the total reservation<\/strong> amount during high season<\/p>\n\n\n\n


        The exact amounts are indicated at the time of booking and must be approved by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Late Arrivals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notification may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The lane or table may be reassigned, but availability is not guaranteed for the late customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          6. Modification or Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To cancel or modify a reservation, customers are invited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          call Darling Bowling Alley directly at 514-522-7773
          or send an email to info@darlingbowling.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            In the event of unforeseen circumstances (accident, illness, severe weather conditions, etc.), Darling Bowling Alley may, at its discretion, waive the no-show fee or offer to reschedule the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Acceptance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              All reservations made at Darling Bowling Alley imply acceptance of this no-show policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
